In fact Xuman Records is conglomeration of several bands and artists united on the base of own studio and and also artists closely connected to Xuman Records vision.
Xuman Records is musically defined organism. The simplest way to describe what genres we love is to say that they are so called indie-dance and indie-rock. In the wide sense. We accept many genres, if it is a Music of our definition.
It’s interesting that label is a family, we can say. Musicians from different projects regularly rehearse and record tracks together, participate in jam-sessions and perform joints lives. Not the least of the factors is Xuman Records studio itself, which occupies whole house in 30 kilometers from Moscow. People sleep straight on the equipment with drum roll sounding 24/7. Studio is becoming a place of pilgrimage of young musicians — people come to stare at place and to meet other musicians personally. Some of them becomes “friends of label”.
